The founders of this Association for the defense of the second residences buyers, we have clear our objectives as the Statutes, available on Claimbox website, demonstrate. We trust in a support that covers what we consider oceanic deficiencies in terms of protection and care of the homeowner on the Costa del Sol, with special attention to the foreigner, more "helpless" due to the lack of solvency of many resources on our coast: an urban conurbation that is no longer an improvised "naïve" beach area, but has become a meta-city by the sea, "shedding its skin, but not its skeleton...", and which requires solid reinforcement struts.


The territory shown in the attached map is absolutely privileged in terms of orography and climate, and its population density, thanks to a concept of low altitude and density punctuated by golf courses, is very low. Let's think that the "dispersed city" is 26 times larger than the nuclei, for example. Or that Benahavis has a density of 2 dwellings per hectare, for a coastal average of 15 dwellings per hectare.


We are reaching the end of its development, with an average of 25% of all land classified and very close to exhaustion, and yet, public investment remains testimonial, while private initiative grows and get enormous quality in its developments, bringing in huge revenues via taxes. Our calculation in recent years, it is over 500 M € / year only in AJD taxes. It is better not to mention what has been received in return as public investments.


So, Claimbox is being launched as a fundamental appendix to what will be a digital one-stop shop for managing the sale and purchase of property (legal + tax advice), together with a consumer complaints service (hence its name), complemented by a home monitoring area for the peace of mind of the buyer/investor. All these services will be provided by the startup attached to the Association, whose priority will be to attend to the Associates, providing them with feedback.


In the other hand, we will also promote "out of the box" projects: formation of energy communities, solutions for improving mobility in coastal areas - ferries, fleets of electric cars by subscription -, a powerful system for carrying out surveys (if the foreigns don't vote, let them give their opinion...), or initiatives such as bringing clinical services to isolated urbanisations. We want offering a data protection and cybersecurity package to self-employed real estate agents, as the best way to protect buyers; subject that worries us. In addition, we are designing fundraising for these projects through the issuance of NFT tokens. Also we have in mind relying on the strength of coastal consumers to drive initiatives through Crowdequity.


We will be happy if we get the 100% of our essence, no less!!!
